Jagdish Chandra Solanki is a seasoned legal professional with 17 years of extensive
experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from National
Law University, Jodhpur, and has completed a certificate course from Harvard Law School.
His legal practice spans voluminous litigation management, legal operations, statutory and
regulatory compliance, and team management. He is proficient in arbitration, conciliation,
and mediation, particularly in representing corporations effectively. Mr. Solanki has
managed legal matters involving over 15,000 cases with a dynamic team of more than 50
professionals and has coordinated with over 1,400 advocates. His adeptness extends to
conducting significant research, managing procedural aspects in various courts, and
effectively interacting and preparing advocates and solicitors for trials. He has skillfully
safeguarded company interests before various high-profile courts, including the High Court
and Supreme Court, and numerous tribunals and consumer dispute redressal forums.

His extensive legal career includes serving as a panel advocate for various state
governments and prominent organizations before the Supreme Court of India and other
high-profile courts. Notably, his roles have encompassed positions with the State of
Rajasthan, State of Haryana, and Municipal Corporation Greater Mumbai, among others.
Vishal Meghwal

Vishal Meghwal is an accomplished advocate with extensive experience in the Supreme
Court of India, having been actively engaged in the legal profession since his enrollment
with the Bar Council of Rajasthan in 2016. He holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the
University College of Law, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Vishal has developed a specialized
expertise in drafting and arguing a variety of legal documents and petitions, including
Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Writ Petitions, and Compliance Reports
primarily for the State of Rajasthan.
His professional experience includes representing the State of Rajasthan in complex legal
matters before the National Green Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission (NCDRC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and National Company
Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). Vishal has a notable track record in handling significant
cases, as demonstrated by his involvement in various reported and unreported judgments in
both civil and criminal appeals.
Sunanda Shukla

Sunanda Shukla is an adept advocate with a Master of Laws degree from Lovely Professional University. She has substantial expertise in handling matrimonial matters including divorce, maintenance, and child custody, as well as criminal cases involving complaints, quashing of FIRs under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., and matters under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Her experience extends to internships at prestigious organizations such as the Law Commission of India, the Bihar State Legal Services Authority, and the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, where she focused on practical legal education and research on various social legislations and court directions affecting vulnerable societal groups.
